Order Cancellations
We process orders promptly, so if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Orders can be canceled only before they have been shipped. Once packaging and shipping have commenced, cancellations are no longer possible. Please note that cancellations are subject to a fee of 6.9% + $1, which covers payment gateway, shipping, and platform processing costs.

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please inform us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for either the missing items to be shipped or the return and replacement of incorrect items. -
